J. Dean Homes offers Custom Homes built on your lot in Alamance County and Guilford County, North Carolina.  Please contact us if you are interested in having a new home built.  We have over 30 floorplans to choose from ranging in size from 1100 square feet to 5000 square feet.  We will be happy to quote your plans as well.


Joel Dean is a Certified North Carolina General Contractor.  He has been building homes for national and local builders since 2001 and during that time has built over 700 homes for satisfied families in both Indiana and North Carolina.  He has also been a Realtor with Century 21 (Burlington) and Coldwell Banker (Mebane).   His personal mission statement is as follows:
